If you run afoul of the law in Tijuana, be prepared to be shot with a ball bearing. You heard me right, according to this story, police in Tijuana have had their guns confiscated and in their place have been issued a sling shot and a bag of ball bearings. The police are suspected of collusion with drug dealers and their guns were confiscated to inspect and test to see if they match up with weapons used in drug related crimes. I'm not sure how effective the police will be, but I think now is the time for me to start planning my crime spree south of the border. Rock beats scissors, but AK-47 beats sling shot.
