Fiesta Bowl

I just finished watching the Fiesta Bowl and have to say that it was one of the most exciting games I've ever seen. After getting out to a big lead early, it looked like Boise State had choked after giving up 15 points in a span of about 15 seconds in the 4th quarter to fall behind by 7. They showed a lot of heart though, pulling out all the stops and pulling every trick play out of the playbook with less than a minute left to drive 80 yards and score and go into overtime. Overtime was filled with more trick plays as Boise State went on to beat heavily favored Oklahoma 43-42. The excitement didn't end there though as running back Ian Johnson took advantage of the limelight to propose to his girlfriend. That was a nice touch. Still undefeated, I say bring on the national championship controversy. I only hope that the Seahawks can show half that much heart in the playoffs.
