I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Notre Dame and all their fans for setting a new NCAA record by losing their 9th consecutive bowl game. They managed to pull it off in style to, getting absolutely manhandled by a vastly superior LSU team. It really couldn't happen to a better team.
Seriously though, when are the pollsters and BCS gurus going to stop ranking Notre Dame way too high every year just becuase they draw a big tv audience? I really have a hard time stomaching them running up the score against patsies and only playing maybe 3 decent teams a year so that they can get a good enough record to play against a way more deserving team in a big name bowl.
