Jim Palmer. He won in the late 60's, early 70's and early 80's.

Three decades the M's didn't win the World Series.... Or a playoff game... Or ... Hey did the M's break 0.500 in the 80's?

Now before Scotty gets too bent out of shape, in the M's defense they didn't play in the 60's and half of the 70's.
