Beat the Bridge

Dear Friends and Family,

I have just registered for the 29th Annual Nordstrom Beat the Bridge to Beat Diabetes. This event draws people together in a healthy activity for a worthy cause: raising money to help find better treatments and a cure for type 1 diabetes.

Beat the Bridge takes place on 05/15/2011, and I'm writing to ask for your support. Now more than ever, EACH of us can make a real difference in the lives of people with type 1 diabetes. Please support me in this important goal by visiting my personal page and making a tax-deductible contribution. Donating online is quick and easy; however, if you would prefer, you can mail your contribution to the address listed below. Make your gift payable to JDRF, and please put my name in the Memo field.

Your gift will help make a difference in the lives of people with type 1 diabetes.

I greatly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress. In the meantime, if you want to learn more about the advances your support is helping to make possible, please visit the JDRF website at http://www.jdrf.org/.
