Three Left Feet

What's going on off the coast of Vancouver Island? 3 severed human feet have now washed ashore with no accompanying footless humans or corpses. I can only assume that the mafia is somehow behind all of this. I didn't know that they had a presence in western Canada, but someone is not paying their protection money.
