Stock Market

I have been taking a serious beating in the stock market in the last 2 weeks. Will someone please tell me when it's safe to look at my portfolio again? Every stock I own but 1 was down today. And the 1 that was up was only up by $.01 on the day. That really hurts. It has to turn around soon doesn't it? I don't know how much more of this I can take.
