I don't know how this story slipped past me, but thanks to go out to the Mistress of Shenanigans for bringing it to my attention. As you may or may not know, I disapprove of giving animals people names, let alone first and last names, but leave it to the crazy Norwegians to promote a penguin to the rank of Colonial-in-Chief and then knight said penguin.
